3. Payment

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services as specified in the project agreement. The payment schedule and methods will be outlined in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of the developed website, excluding pre-existing elements and third-party components. The Company retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

5. Warranty and Liability

While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee the success or specific outcomes of any project. The Company is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for the payment of work completed up to that point.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, clients must provide clear evidence of unsatisfactory work or a breach of the project agreement.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if the client provides incomplete or inaccurate project requirements, delays in providing necessary feedback, or requests substantial changes after project completion.

3. Refund Process

Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request, including detailed reasons for the request. The Company will review the request and communicate the decision to the client.

4. Partial Refunds

If the project is terminated before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point.

5. Refund Disbursement

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
